Nina Church-Adams is a Program Manager for the Nike Foundation, a catalyst organization dedicated to unleashing the Girl Effect at scale. The Girl Effect recognizes the unique ability of adolescent girls to be the change agents to ending global poverty.

Prior to joining the Nike Foundation, Nina spent four years at American Express OPEN where she launched a new extended payment Charge Card product and managed multi-channel marketing strategies to increase spend and loyalty of OPEN’s highest value customers.
Prior to joining American Express, Nina spent two years in Anhui, China at International Bridges to Justice (IBJ), a non-profit organization based in Geneva, Switzerland, whose mission is to aid the development of China's fledgling indigent criminal defense system.
Nina received a BA in Sociology from Georgetown University in Washington, DC in 2004 and an MSc in International Management from the University of the West of England in Bristol in 2007.
Nina currently lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband Thomas and son Jamie.
