Katie is a senior marketing manager at American Express. She is the product manager for the Business Centurion Card and is responsible for developing and executing its end-to-end marketing communications strategy. She is also responsible for the Business Centurion customer experience, with a specific focus on enhancing key servicing touch points. Prior to this position, Katie was the product manager for the Business Gold Card, where she focused on the relaunch of the product as well as loyalty and digital marketing.

Katie also spent four years at the JP Morgan Investment Bank in New York, first as an Analyst in Equity Sales, then as a Global Investment Advisor in the Private Bank, where she focused on European and Middle Eastern clients. Prior to JP Morgan, she spent a year working for Teach First in London, a non-profit organization with the mission of improving performance in London schools by recruiting recent university graduates to teach.
Katie earned her Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 2010 and received her Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University in 2003, where she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science and a certificate in Political Economy.
Katie serves as a Trustee of the Princeton University Rowing Association. She also serves on the Junior Board of Directors for Music for Autism, a non-profit organization whose mission is to raise public awareness and enrich lives through autism-friendly, interactive concerts developed specifically for individuals with autism and their families.
