Ashley Fina is President of Michael C. Fina’s Recognition Division. She has worked in all aspects of the business over the last 10 years, from bridal and jewelry sales to operations and assembly. Upon graduating from Tufts University, she joined the Recognition Division full-time, where she restructured operations both domestically and overseas for greater efficiency. Soon after, she became Vice President of International Business Development, and undertook developing and implementing a companywide global expansion strategy.

By working closely with the European headquarters team, Ashley was responsible for establishing a presence in both Asia and South America, enhancing our international supply chain, and streamlining procedures between the US and Europe to better serve multinational corporations. Her affinity for travel and appreciation of other cultures has enabled the company to develop global recognition solutions that are both meaningful and appropriate.
Ashley is a member of the third generation of the Fina family, and is committed to personal and professional development as well as advancement of the overall industry. A Certified Recognition Professional, she serves as President of the Global Incentive Council, a strategic industry group with the Incentive Marketing Association. She was appointed to the Board of Directors for Virtual Enterprises International, an in-school entrepreneurship program that prepares US public school students for jobs in the global marketplace. She is also a member of the Women Presidents' Organization, The Committee of 200, Young Presidents' Organization, Society of Human Resource Management, WorldatWork, and Recognition Professionals International.
As a graduate of Tufts University, Ashley participated in the school’s foreign studies program. Ashley speaks French and travels frequently for both business and pleasure. She has been featured at conferences and speaks on engaging younger generations, particularly women, in business.
Like her grandmother Rose Fina, who co-founded the company 78 years ago, Ashley is a lifelong New Yorker and supporter of women in business. She lives in Manhattan.
